Revitalizing Facilities of an Employee-Owned Company

Tech Etch was working with a marketing agency to refresh and revitalize their brand. Theriot Agency enlisted the help of Paul Luszcz and Zebra Visuals to turn the vision into reality across the inside and outside of Tech Etch's three facilities in two states.

The goal was to educate, energize, and enthuse existing and potential clients and the 700+ employee owners at Tech Etch.

From Small Company to Global Presence

Tech Etch started as a small engraving company in Boston, MA in 1964, and grew through acquisition and new plant construction.

Tech Etch partners with leading global customers in the aerospace, alternative energy, military, medical, telecommunication, and electronics industries that have highly complex, precise designs and demanding regulatory requirements.

In order to meet the company's growth plan, it was crucial to present a polished, sophisticated look to clients, potential customers, job candidates, and vendor partners.

Growth Through Collaboration + Communication

Paul took the lead from the outline presented by Tech Etch and Theriot Agency but added his recommendations from a designer's perspective and from his years in the signage industry.

The results are graphics that exceeded the goals. Over a two-year period, painting, wallpapering, and practical signage solutions were provided to bring the company an image that fits with the mission and goal of the company.

Working directly with Minh Mederios, Director of Marketing, allowed for a collaborative approach throughout the entire process.

After completing the initially planned work, Zebra Visuals continues to provide sign and graphics services as the needs arise.

Having a design vocabulary for the company allows for easy decisions. Flexibility is built in too, allowing for updates without major overhauls, resulting in a consistent brand presence.
